When Smith Apartments started in 1958, we had only one building on Second St. and Armory St. in Champaign, IL that held 8 apartment units. Today, we have grown to 12 buildings with 180 units within the Champaign-Urbana area. Our reputation and facilities have grown in size and in quality.

This year we are celebrating 50 years of providing safe and comfortable housing for university students and others in the community. We look forward to continuing to serve our residents with safe and secure facilities in the twin cities.
